Tracking is on, but I see no one on the Public Tracking Page

If tracking is active on the Lacakin apps and you don't see the user on the Public Tracking page, most likely the user is behind a firewall restricting network access. Try checking the status page (clicking on the three elipsis icon on the Lacakin apps), you might see the status "connection failed", it means Lacakin cannot reach the server.

Lacakin uses a special port number (5001), some firewall did not allow connections from this port. This usually happens when user connected to a corporate wifi, or a public hotspot. There is no issue if the user connected using the cellular network.
